21 NCAC 25 .0405             MANDATORY DISCLOSURES

Upon the request of any consumer, a licensee shall give the consumer a business card that bears:

(1)           the licensee's name; and

(2)           the licensee's license number in the following format: "NCITLB License # [number]".
